Asset management planning and compliance inspections for all 400 stormwater management facilities.

Deemed at its completion to be the largest solar facility east of the Rocky Mountains, this site occupies over 6,000 acres and is comprised of about 3,500 acres for solar power generation (484 MW), and over 2,000 acres of conservation area. Following the completion of construction, Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) was contracted by the developer / owner (AES Corporation) to complete all requisite inspection and maintenance activities for the approximately 400 stormwater management facilities located throughout the developed portion of the site. Compliance Pros was subcontracted by RES to develop an inspections and asset management plan, interact directly with the VSMP authority on behalf of the owner, and implement all facility inspections and reporting. Inspections information not only provides RES and the owner with up-to-date asset information, including actionable recommendations for maintenance and improvement, but ensures compliance with all local and state stormwater requirements.
